Principles

PSA prescribes to a policy of employment equity, taking into consideration the diversity that exists in the South African society. Our policy is based on equality, dignity and respect of all people. PSA is committed to fair and non-discriminatory employment practices and philosophies.

PSA is obligated to be a centre of excellence and to maintain standards of efficiency and productivity. To achieve and maintain this we will continue to attract and retain high calibre staff.

Procurement and Outsourcing

Senior and middle management of PSA are dedicated to the outsourcing of non-core functions to businesses that are owned and managed by members of the previously disadvantaged groups.

BEE Verification Agency

BEE  Verification is an independent audit process aimed at verifying and validating the Broad-Based BEE Status of a legal entity. It is the most accurate, independent and cost effective way for businesses to establish and present their BEE status. PSA have been assessed and the relevant BEE elements as set-out by BEEVER,  have been verified.
