About us

PSA is primarily focused on the marketing of corporate signage solutions to local and international markets. Our company was established in 1989 and we have grown and adapted to offer services both to the corporate and SMME (Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises) markets. The management team comprise of highly skilled individuals that have vast experience in all fields of signage manufacture, design, installation and maintenance.   

 

The shareholding of the company is spread between various parties with funding supplied by Investec. 

 

• Investec  37% shareholding. 
• Imbani Holdings (Pty) Ltd (100 % black owned) 26%  shareholding.
• The Management team 37% shareholding.

 

We have full facilities in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Windhoek with a head office in Gauteng.
